DESCRIPTION:The MAGLCC's inaugural Business Equality Conference will be held on Thursday\, November 8th\, 11:30 am to 5 pm at MAGLCC Business PLUS Member\, Studio Dan Meiners. The Conference will include the following: \n\n \n 11:30 am - 1 pm--Lunch and keynote address by Tara Centeio\, Vice-President Platform Consumer Solutions & Hispanic Champion at Hallmark Cards\, Inc. Ms. Centeio will speak to the company's aspiration to reach the emerging Hispanic minority market.\n \n 1 pm - 5 pm--Three sessions\n \n \n How to get the MOST out of the MAGLCC-- Board Member\, Danny Zaslavsky\, along with fellow MAGLCC Board Members\, will provide a thorough overview of our goals for the next 18 months. Discover and Connect to build relationships right here in our own community! \n \n Social Networking--Special Guests\, Anthony Shop and Thomas Sanchez with Social Driver in Washington D.C.\, uncover proven methods to grow your business utilizing Social Media. Engage as they cover everything you need to know about what you should be doing as a business on the Internet!\n \n Supplier Diversity--This session will be conducted by Sam McClure\, our Director of Affiliate Relations with the National Gay & Lesbian Chamber of Commerce. LGBT-owned businesses and supplier diversity representatives from our area's corporations are invited to attend this very informative session. \n \n \n\nMAGLCC Members can attend the Business Equality Conference for only $35 which includes the complimentary lunch and all three sessions. Registration must be completed by Tuesday\, November 6 at 5 pm to attend.
