We are pleased that Jim Giles from the City of Kansas City\, Missouri Mayor's Office will present on the following challenge:\n\n \n\nVoter turnout for the most recent Kansas City elections was only 11%. That means important decisions\, including those related to business development and operations\, are made with low citizen input.
