Prior to joining Blue KC in 2023\, he served as Executive Director of Pharmacy at Sanford Health Plan and as Director of Pharmacy Benefits for Dakotacare.\n\nEarning his Doctor of Pharmacy from South Dakota State University and an MBA from Augustana University\, Danny brings business and clinical experience with a collaborative and patient-centric approach.\n\n Explore Health Insurance and its impacts to Queer Health!\n\nThis session will discuss some of the pressing topics related to queer health and health insurance\, all from a pharmacy perspective. While the session will dive into queer health topics\, this is not a comprehensive look. The goal is to help ERGs understand the intersection of health insurance and queer health needs\, especially as it relates to medication.\n\n Network with other ERG\, BRG\, & Affinity Group Members!\n\nThis session is onsite\, hosted by Blue KC. Some organizations call their groups Employee Resource Groups. Some call them Business Resource Groups\, while others may call them Diversity Councils\, Pride groups\, or Affinity groups. Regardless of the name\, the purpose is the same: LGBTQ+ Diversity\, Inclusion\, and Equity. To avoid confusion and ensure everyone feels welcome and included\, we present "The Rainbow Collective."\n\nOur collective specializes in creating Pride in the workplace on a year-round basis!\n\nThe Rainbow Collective assembles leaders from member businesses with existing and emerging LGBTQ ERG programs to share best practices\, explore relevant topics\, and improve effectiveness.\n\n\n\nRotating between online and in-person meetings\, the Rainbow Collective provides opportunities for creating community\, resource sharing\, skill development\, and increased collaboration with other leaders and group members.
