DESCRIPTION:Ten Days of Trans Demands\n\n\n\nThe theme of this rally is increasing ally ship in workplaces. \n\n\n\nJoin us to hear speakers\, impacted community members and performers share about transforming the way workplaces affirm trans and gender non-conforming people. This event will have food and tabling featuring unions and local worker-support organizations.\n\n\n\n---\n\n\n\nIt's HERE! "10 Days of Trans Demands" is a chance for both transgender and gender non-conforming folks and their allies to connect and build solidarity and understanding. \n\n\n\nThe purpose of the 10-day effort is to encourage allies of transgender and gender non-conforming (TGNC) Missourians to come out in support of TGNC lives and safety\, and to spread the word about the toolkit resource.\n\n\n\nThe Trans Ally Toolkit boasts seven sections\, each covering different a space or social reality - education\, faith\, healthcare\, public space\, family\, workplace\, and supporting Black and POC TGNC communities.\n\n\n\nEach of us has a responsibility to do what we can to create safe and inclusive environments for the TGNC community.
