DESCRIPTION:This month's COVID Cafe\, will meet Thursday\, April 15th\, 2021. We will start at 8 am.  So pour a good cup of coffee and settle in at your desk or kitchen table for a good time connecting with new and old friends discussing interesting topics.\n\n\n\nIn addition to everyone getting a short opportunity to share the latest happenings in their business\, we will break out into a small group discussion around:\n\nConversation Starters\n\nLets face it.  Awkward silence gives most of us the creeps and the art of "Small Talk" is how we fill the space. How do you decide what to talk about when you meet someone new in a business environment?  \nIs making small talk a challenge for you? Why?\n\nDo you stick to business or use the opportunity to connect at a personal level?\n\nWhat pitfalls should you avoid when making small talk?\n\nWhat are some of your favorite small talk topics?\n\n \n\n\nWe often learn best from our peers.  Coffee Connections is all about getting to know your peers by offering lessons learned and best practices. \n \n\nAttendees will receive their login information as part of their registration.
