So pour a good cup of coffee and settle in at your desk or kitchen table for a good time connecting with new and old friends discussing interesting topics.\n\n\n\nIn addition to everyone getting a short opportunity to share the latest happenings in their business\, we will break out into a small group discussion around:\n\n\n\nConstructive Feedback\n\n\nWorkplace feedback is essential for good communication. Since each member of a team brings unique talents\, their performances may vary. Constructive feedback is a useful tool for supervisors and coworkers to help each other find motivation and improve relationships.\n\n\n	What is constructive feedback?\n	When do you give constructive feedback?\n	What techniques work best for constructive feedback?\n	What should you consider before you give constructive feedback?\n\n\n\nWe learn best from our peers.
