Setup Expectations: \;
\n\nWe ask that all participants for the Inclusion Resource Fair be set up by 3:00 \;PM. You are able to arrive at 2:00 PM to begin setup. You can arrive as early as 1:45 \;PM to begin setup.

Teardown Expectations: \;
\n\nYou can begin teardown at 5:00 PM. You are welcomed to leave your table active during our B2B from 5:30-7pm. We expect you will break down and remove all items no later than 7:30pm. \; \;

Table and Equipment: \;
\n\nWe will provide an 8ft table and two chairs. Table linens will not be provided. We are happy to supply you with one at no charge - please notate on table registration. \;

Table Fee: \;
\n\nThere is a Table Fee of $100. We offer scholarships for non-profit (501C3) tables underwritten by event sponsors.

\nOnce approved\, your table will be free and include an 8 X 11&rdquo\; sign with &ldquo\;Table Sponsored by company or individuals name&rdquo\; along with their logo. \;
