Companies have long realized the power of affinity networks to help their employees navigate culture\, offer networking\, professional and personal development opportunities\, and to ultimately attract and retain employees.\n\n\n\nMid-America LGBT Chamber of Commerce wants all workplaces to be spaces where ALL employees\, regardless of background\, identity\, culture\, or other facets\, have a community to which they belong.   We want all affinity groups to have the support they need to thrive.  This meeting is all about equipping your existing and emerging affinity groups with the tools and resources will allow them to take their work to the next level. So we all can reach the goal of more robust\, inclusive\, and equitable employee experiences.  \n \n\nSound Interesting? \n\nThis group is for company sponsors or group leaders interested in connecting with other ERG leaders so we can learn\, share\, encourage each other.
