Kronos Workforce Analyst, Full Time.

  • Oversees Kronos Timekeeping including configuration, auditing, training for payroll staff and timekeepers.  

    • Two years of experience with payroll/timekeeping analysis, preferably in healthcare
    • Two years of experience with Kronos or equivalent systems with configuration of pay policies, schedules and system configuration
    • Detail-oriented with strong organizational, analytical and communication skills
    • Experience working with cross-functional teams
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize daily tasks, organize work load and adapt to a changing and fast-paced environment
    • Ability to work flexible work hours based upon business needs and projects
    • Knowledge of SQL
    • Strong knowledge of Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA)
    • Understanding of technical and functional aspects of timekeeping systems
    • Understanding of the Workforce Integration Manager (WIM)
    • FPC or CPC preferred


  • Additional Job Duties
    • Support of all Kronos modules implemented, including Advanced Scheduler and Timekeeper. 
    • Experience with configuration in Kronos Workforce Central timekeeping system.
    • Responsible for all aspects of the Kronos workflow, including but not limited to labor levels, organizational map, adjustment rules, naming conventions, building blocks, pay codes, exceptions, overtime, shifts, holidays, and work rules.
    • Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the Kronos system and providing timely user support.
    • Primary liaison between Payroll, HRIS, Compensation and IT regarding downtime, issue resolution, project planning and system and integration testing. 
    • Participate in both bi-weekly and semi-monthly processing for Kronos validation to pay results.
    • Work closely with Timekeepers across the health system for time and attendance, auditing and other issues. 
    • Work in tandem with the Payroll team to ensure Workday integration with Kronos, to include accurate payroll by overseeing auditing and timecards. 
    • Maintaining documentation of system configuration and administrative changes. 
    • Assisting in process improvement: partnering with clinical and non-clinical areas to identify areas of efficiency improvement and automation.
    • Primary liaison with Kronos Security, including providing feedback on Functional Access (FAP), Data Access (DAP) and Generic Access (GAP) Profiles.    
    • Provides direction and training to Payroll team members.
    • Leads components of development of training materials and conducts training for end users.  
    • Creates reports, Hyperfind Queries and Genies as needed and works problem tickets.
    • Assisting in audits/projects as needed.
