Senior Talent Acquisition Partner (Remote)

The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner is an industry expert in finding and hiring the best talent for Saint Luke's Health System. This position will work in a fast-paced environment to balance full cycle recruitment, system projects, community networking, and leading the Talent Acquisition Team. This position reports directly to the Director of Talent Acquisition and System Offices Human Resources and will work closely in developing strategies to hire the top talent. 
While the position is remote, this person will need to live in or near the KC Metro area.


  • Complete intake meetings with hiring managers to understand staffing needs

  • Manage the full cycle hiring process from online application to offers.  This includes reviewing applications, conducting phone interviews and behavioral based interviews.

  • Attend and represent SLHS at career fairs, college campus visits, and community recruitment events

  • Collaborate with TA Strategy Partners and Human Resources Business Partners at entity level to continuously improve recruitment and employee life cycle

  • Partner with outside organizations to build pipelines and proactively seek out a diverse candidate pool 

  • Responsible for meeting and maintaining department hiring metrics

  • Maintains solid knowledge of policies and laws governing hiring practices

  • Participate in System Committees and HR Taskforces

  • Recommend improvements to the processes and policies, under direction of Talent Acquisition Manager

  • Assist with the training/onboarding of new Talent Acquisition team members
