AileyCamp is a demanding summer program that uses disciplined dance training, creative writing instruction, personal development, communication workshops, and social activities to develop self-esteem, self-discipline, critical thinking skills and creativity. Throughout the summer, students from the KCKS, KCMO and Topeka School Districts explore their creativity, learn to master their bodies, foster critical-thinking skills and strengthen their respect for themselves and others. This performance showcases the talents and abilities of Kansas City area youth, and we would love for you to join us. You have to experience the performance to see what our these young people are capable of! Presented by the Kansas City Friends of Alvin Ailey
