Emerge is a bi-monthly event which will be held on the third Tuesday of the every other month from 6-7:15 PM at rotating locations around the Kansas City metro. Sessions will typically consist of a short topical presentation, a skill building exercise, and a short network building opportunity. Participants will be asked to provide feedback on the program and suggestions for future session topics at the end of each session and program leaders will incorporate them into future session content focused on participants? career needs.
LGBTQ+ Affinity Group Roundtable
Affinity groups, also known as employee resource groups (ERGs), bring together employees with similar backgrounds or interests and can have a powerful influence in the workplace. Masterminds Presents: Small Business Matters-May
Masterminds presents is a lunch and learn program designed for and by small business owners and entrepreneurs. Each session will feature a discussion with small business owners, resource connections, and a question and answer session around the five foundational building blocks for establishing, sustaining, and growing a small business. Together we will explore legal matters, marketing and business development, accounting and finances, human resources and staffing, and communications.
