Join the National LGBT Chamber of Commerce and the MidAmerica LGBT Chamber of Commerce as we honor this year's Transgender Day of Remembrance with Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach Meghan Crutchley (they/them) of NGLCC Certified LGBTBE® Habitqueer. Meghan will show us how to use compassionate engagement with suffering as a means for acknowledging collective grief, and how we can use compassionate action through daily habits as a tool for personal healing and recovery during times of great uncertainty. As a National Board Certified Health and Wellness coach, speaker, and writer, they are the CEO of Habitqueer, a company dedicated to providing solution-focused health coaching to queer professionals.
