Inclusion Resource Fair | Vendor Sign-up

Thursday, March 31 from 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM 

Kansas City Club

Setup Expectations: 

We ask that all participants for the Inclusion Resource Fair be set up by 2:45 PM. You are able to arrive at 2:00 PM to begin setup. You can arrive as early as 1:30 PM to begin setup.
If you need additional time, please make arrangements with Vince Pugh. 
 

Teardown Expectations: 

You can begin teardown at 6:00 PM after the Panel on Allyship concludes. 
 

Table and Equipment: 

We will provide an 8ft table and two chairs. Table linens will not be provided. We are happy to supply you with one at no charge - please notate on table registration.

Table Fee: 

There is a Table Fee of $100. We offer scholarships for non-profit (501C3) tables underwritten by event sponsors. You can apply here.

Once approved, your table will be free and include an 8 X 11” sign with “Table Sponsored by company or individuals name” along with their logo.
