After capabilities statement creation and portal registration, what are the next steps to develop relationships with and market to a large enterprise prospect?
Outcome:
Educate LGBTBEs on how to prepare for meeting with Supplier Diversity representatives; getting through gatekeepers; connecting with the business partner/champion/influencer/buyer; nurturing relationships; and engaging tier 1 suppliers.
