Description
This Month at MasterMinds: Using Mentoring Programs to Recruit, Retain, Develop and Engage Talent
The Mid-America GLCC is completing its inaugural year of the C. Stephen Metzler Mentor Program, pairing experienced LGBT business people/chamber members with aspiring professionals. Participants in the 2016-2017 program (mentors and protégés) will facilitate November's MasterMinds session to share their experiences with the Metzler Mentor Program specifically, and explore the value of mentoring programs generally to help Members recruit, retain, develop and engage talent in their own businesses. The presentation will also challenge traditional perceptions of who mentors are and how mentoring is provided.
Join us at the November MasterMinds session on Tuesday, November 29th, 7:30 am to 9:00 am. MasterMinds will be held at Bishop-McCann, located at 1701 Walnut, Kansas City, MO.
To attend, please pre-register by clicking on the registration button above. Also, if you are interested in more information on the MasterMinds concept, visit http://maglcc.org/pages/MasterMinds/.
We hope to see you at MasterMinds!
