Designed as an entry point for learning, this session introduces the core concepts behind the LGBT acronym and explores why pronouns matter. Ideal for anyone beginning their journey toward inclusive practices.
Learners will gain an understanding for:
- The difference between gender identity and sexual identity.
- The importance of using correct pronouns.
- And will practice introducing and sharing their own pronouns with others.
