Pronouns matter—this session breaks down why. Learn how to use them respectfully, create space for others to share theirs, and build confidence in making your workplace more inclusive, one conversation at a time.
This session will cover:
- Why do pronouns matter?
- What are pronouns?
- How to implement using pronouns in the workplace?
- How to ask for someone’s pronouns?
- Participants will practice and receive tools.
Learners will gain an understanding for:
- What a pronoun is and common use cases
- How to use pronouns in a respectful manner
- Why correct use of pronouns can lead to a more inclusive environment
- Learners will practice using their own pronouns and asking for others’ pronouns
