The Rainbow Collective, formerly The Affinity ERG Group:
Some organizations have Business Employee Resource Groups. Others have Employee Resource Groups. Regardless of the name, the purpose is the same. To avoid confusion and so that everyone feels welcome and included, this group has been renamed The Rainbow Collective. Welcome! We hope you will join us as we explore strategies in relation to BRGs/ERGs and everything in between.
