Topic: Starting a BRG/ERG
If you?re new to the group or have been around for a while, we thought it would be a good idea to revisit starting a BRG or ERG. We will have a few talking points but most of the meeting will be dedicated to sharing experiences. Bring your questions, successes and things you have learned along the way so that we can share collective knowledge around starting BRG/ERGs.
The Rainbow Collective, formerly The Affinity ERG Group:
Some organizations have Business Employee Resource Groups. Others have Employee Resource Groups. Regardless of the name, the purpose is the same. To avoid confusion and so that everyone feels welcome and included, this group has been renamed The Rainbow Collective. Welcome! We hope you will join is as we explore strategies in relation to BRGs/ERGs and everything in between.
This session will be virtual, with intent to be in-person beginning in May 2022
