Join us for our first Workforce SynQ meeting of 2025!
The program will include a moderated panel with our Workforce SynQ Committee Leaders as they discuss the role of allies in their ERG/BRGs. Topics include ally membership, group dynamics, successes and challenges, embracing allies, and the goals of ally inclusion.
Workforce SynQ assembles leaders from member businesses with existing and emerging LGBTQ ERG programs to share best practices, explore relevant topics, and improve effectiveness.
