In this session, Workforce SynQ will feature a panel of executives from various organizations sharing their insights on how Employee Resource Group (ERG) members can gain traction within their larger firms and secure greater support from their organization leadership. This interactive session will serve as a sounding board to ask questions, explore strategies for increasing engagement and resources, and learn how to operate more effectively to advance your mission.
