Workforce SynQ + Emerge | Authenticity in the Workplace

Join Emerge and Workforce SynQ for a special collaborative program that brings together emerging professionals and ERG leaders and members for an engaging conversation on authenticity in the workplace.

A panel of LGBTQ+ leaders from across the Kansas City community will share their personal experiences navigating the workplace, including coming out, being out, and leading with authenticity throughout their careers. Panelists will discuss the challenges they've faced, the opportunities that authenticity has created, and how organizations can foster environments where people feel empowered to bring their whole selves to work.

This is open to all Chamber members. Coffee and pastries provided!
