Emerge is a bi-monthly event which will be held on the third Tuesday of the every other month from 6-7:15 PM at rotating locations around the Kansas City metro. Sessions will typically consist of a short topical presentation, a skill building exercise, and a short network building opportunity. Participants will be asked to provide feedback on the program and suggestions for future session topics at the end of each session and program leaders will incorporate them into future session content focused on participants? career needs.

The Business Equality Awards Luncheon allows members the opportunity to join other community leaders and business professionals to hear from leaders, both locally and nationally. The 2020 NGLCC LGBT Sip & Pitch: BRG Special Edition process allows LGBT+ BRGs to submit for recognition of their efforts to engage with Supplier Diversity to make a difference in their organization and in the market. The event, hosted virtually on Wednesday, November 11, 2020 from 4-5:30pm ET, will recognize the top three finalists as they pitch their BRG before our panel of esteemed judges.
