Restoration Technician
Location: Shawnee, KS
Pay: $20.00
Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Position Overview:
A growing 24-hour emergency service company in Shawnee is looking to add a Restoration Technician to their team! This role involves responding to emergency water damage claims and other restoration activities. It’s a great opportunity for motivated, hardworking, and friendly individuals looking to grow with the company.
Responsibilities:
- Respond quickly to emergency water damage claims in residential and commercial settings.
- Work in a fast-paced, highly competitive environment.
- Travel within the territory in a company-owned vehicle.
- Provide outstanding customer service while handling restoration projects.
- Participate in a weekly rotational on-call schedule for evenings and weekends.
- Wear and work in PPE, including respiratory protection.
- Lift up to 75 lbs consistently.
- Follow directions accurately, take initiative, and manage multiple projects.
- Maintain a clean, professional, and organized work environment.
What We Offer:

- IICRC WRT/FRT/AMRT Certifications – Preferred but not required.

Qualifications:
- 1+ years of outdoor work experience highly preferred (think landscaping, construction, remodeling etc.).
- Clean appearance and a positive, can-do attitude—our clients notice!
- Comfortable with hands-on tasks and ready to work outside daily.
- Hardworking, reliable, and eager to grow with us.
- Bonus: Any restoration experience is a plus, but we’ll train the right fit.
