Job Summary: This position is responsible for acquiring donated, sellable products through building, maintaining and nurturing relationships with corporate ReStore donors through Habitat KC service area. Schedules and fulfills pick-ups of corporate donations and their delivery to the affiliate ReStore locations. Oversee deconstruction projects to maintain timeline projections for maximum productivity. Deliver excellent service to our donors that aligns with the Habitat for Humanity of Kansas City’s brand and mission.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and support a team of 3-5 team members including truck drivers and driver assistants.
- Ensure outstanding donor experience through courteous, professional in-home service during donation pickups
- Develop and execute a donor strategy to grow revenue through corporate and community partnerships.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of donor interactions using CRM tools; ensure prompt recognition and reporting to partners.
- Oversee all phases of deconstruction projects—from initial walk-through to final job completion—ensuring timelines, safety, and efficiency are met.
- Oversee inventory and care of onsite assets including tools, ladders, equipment and vehicles.
- Develop and manage a rolling two-month pipeline of donation and deconstruction leads to support long-term organizational growth.
- Maintain compliance with all safety regulations.
- Build strong relationships with realtors, contractors and remodelers throughout the Kansas City metro area.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
- Able to set priorities and manage time effectively.
- Excellent verbal, and written communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office
- Adaptability and accountability.
- Scheduling experience is a plus.
- Bilingual ability is helpful, but not necessary.
Qualifications, Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
- 1-3 years supervisory experience or equivalent combination of experience, education, and training.
- Construction background is required.
- OSHA certification preferred.
- General knowledge of building materials and home improvement a plus.
Physical Requirements Necessary to Perform This Job:
- Regular office environment with exposure to moderate noise.
- Work onsite within ReStore retail environment locations and offices.
- Ability to work and manage onsite events, which may be at Habitat KC construction sites.
- Outside events, meetings and presentations may be required. Some evening and week-end meetings may be required.
- Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Requires manual labor, construction duties and use of tools.
