Position Description:

Primary responsibilities collaborates with physicians and other hospice staff to provide comprehensive and quality care services to patients. Works in consultation, cooperation and coordination with the treating physician/specialists for the patient receiving treatment. Functions according to the established standards and practices of medicine for Advanced Practice Nurse/Nurse Practitioner in Kansas and Missouri.

 

The Ideal Candidate Will Possess the Following Requirements:

  • Appropriate Master’s Degree leading to designation as Advanced Practice Nurse
  • Current Kansas and Missouri nursing license.
  • One-year acute care experience preferred.
  • Home Health or Hospice experience preferred.
  • Licensed driver with reliable transportation and auto insurance.
  • CPR certification required.
