The Marketing and Communications Associate supports Prosperity’s marketing initiatives and communication strategies designed to strengthen our brand and client relationships, engage advisors, and educate clients. This entry-level position is ideal for a motivated individual with strong writing, organizational, and creative skills, energetic, able to prioritize and act decisively in time-sensitive situations, and who is eager to learn about the financial services industry and support its marketing efforts.
The Associate assists in the curation and distribution of marketing collateral, managing the firm’s social media presence, coordinating campaigns and events, and maintaining consistent, compliance-approved communications across all channels. Working closely with the Marketing & Communications Specialist and cross-functional teams, this role helps ensure the firm’s message is clear, professional, and aligned with our mission to help clients live confidently and advisors grow successfully.
By collaboration and preparation, both roles provide mutual support and backup coverage, ensuring operational resilience and uninterrupted service to the business.
