Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Recruiter to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the needs of our organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in talent acquisition and human resources, with experience in various recruiting platforms and tools. You will play a crucial role in enhancing our recruitment strategies and ensuring a smooth hiring process.

Location: Shawnee, KS

Scheduled: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm

Pay: $50,000-$55,000 per year

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with office managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking to attract qualified candidates.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the organization.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions in applicant tracking systems.
• Build strong relationships with candidates to provide a positive experience throughout the hiring process.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and human resources sourcing.

Skills .

• Experience with HR sourcing techniques and talent management practices.
• Familiarity with sales and management.
• Strong understanding of technical recruiting processes and contract staffing solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse candidates.
• Strong computer skills
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, ensuring all candidate information is accurately maintained.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
