Eitas is currently hiring for a Spare Driver:
- 6400 James A. Reed Rd., Kansas City MO 64133
- Full time schedule
- Pay range for starting salary: $19.20 per hour, more possible based on experience
- Comprehensive benefit package, including health, vision, and dental

- 22 days PTO earned your first year, 12 holidays, plus 1 floating holiday per year
- Transport passengers in designated vehicle in a safe manner and adhere closely to the established schedule.
- Operate designated vehicle in a safe, reasonable, and prudent manner and in accordance with all state and local laws, ordinances, and rules, at all times.
- Assist passengers on and off vehicle when necessary; driver should stand outside vehicle at facilities to assist passengers.
- Provide route coverage for staffing shortages as needed.
- Learn all DOT routes through a rotation system that allows you to accompany the Driver enroute
- High School Diploma or GED
- Commercial Driver’s License with passenger endorsement
- Experience driving passenger vehicles, 1 year required (2 years preferred)
- Criminal record without convictions or charges that might endanger the safety of our passengers
- Good driving record
- Knowledge of the Kansas City metropolitan area
- Federal medical certification
