POSITION SUMMARY  The Behavioral Health Consultant provides a range of psychological screening, assessment, diagnostic, and brief therapeutic interventions for patients referred for behavioral health treatment. The Behavioral Health Consultant works in a primary care medical setting and serves to integrate physical health with behavioral health utilizing the Patient-Centered Medical Homemodel of care.    KC CARE CULTURE CODE  KC CARE follows a culture code in all we do.
