Description
AIDS WALK 2017 will be held Saturday, April 29th at Theis Park, located at Emanuel Cleaver II Blvd and Oak St., just south of the Nelson-Atkins Museum. Registration begins at 8:00 am. Stage entertainment and Welcoming Ceremonies commence at 9:00 am. And at 10 am, WE WALK!
HIV/AIDS affects us all. Young and old, rich and poor, all colors, all nationalities, genders and orientations. We raise money so men, women and children in Kansas City affected by HIV & AIDS can live their life in dignity.
YOU CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE.
By walking & raising funds in AIDS WALK, you're helping our brothers and sisters fighting HIV infections and living with HIV/AIDS every day, stopping the spread of HIV in our hometown, and creating an AIDS-Free KC!
Please register FOR FREE today at www.aidswalkkc.org.
Not able to be at the WALK in person? You can still fight HIV/AIDS in Kansas City registering as a VIRTUAL WALKER! You can recruit team members who live out of town or who are unable to join us on WALK Day, as Virtual Walkers. On WALK Day, they can participate via a LIVE video feed and receive all rewards for their fundraising efforts.
And remember. For everyone, Registration is always Free!
Thank you for your support of AIDS WALK and for helping us get #OneStepCloser to an AIDS-Free Kansas City.
