Competition to find and hire talent continues to be a challenge. To address this challenge, UMKC TalentLink enlisted expert instructor Molly Weaver. She was the director of talent acquisition at Children's Mercy Kansas City for 13 years and senior manager of recruiting programs at T-Mobile over a seven-year span.Weaver leads this upcoming course for human resource professionals based on her experience and insight. Learn how to grow your talent pipeline and influence workplace culture through diversity training and awareness.
