The Mid America Freedom Band is looking for an experienced and dedicated Production Coordinator to join in continuing their vision to create a more inclusive, diverse, and celebrated community through music. The Production and Volunteer Coordinator will support The Mid America Freedom Band through coordination of volunteers and management of front-of-house duties leading up to and on the day of performances.
Duties and Responsibilities

Attend a minimum of 6 scheduled band performances on evenings and weekends, with occasional weeknight board meeting attendance required

Manage the organization’s volunteers, including recruitment, training, assignments, and oversight

Manage front-of-house duties, including venue management, set up/tear down, volunteers, box office, and merchandise sales on concert days

Act as ambassador for Show-Me Pride Ensembles and provide information to those interested in joining

Other duties as assigned
