Digital Marketing Channel Specialist

Summary
As G.E.H.A’s Digital Marketing Channel Specialist, you will support the Growth team and broader organization goals by managing production of website updates, social media platforms, and email executions. In addition, you will review analytics data from various platforms and channels to generate actionable insights which improve the performance of our campaigns. This position creates deliverables, status reports and work products aligned with needs of the Digital Channels and broader Growth teams.
 
 
Duties and Responsibilities

  • Support Digital Channels team functions:
    • Utilize Sitecore CMS to coordinate, update and maintain content across G.E.H.A’s various websites
    • Design and implement email campaigns for different functional areas using Salesforce Marketing Cloud
    • Post social media content using Sprout Social or directly to platforms, as necessary
    • Website content QA
    • Goal tracking on company websites and in social platforms
  • Data analysis:
    • Website performance metrics, user behavior, and conversion rates using various web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
    • Social media traffic, engagement, sentiment, competitive set performance
    • Email performance, list performance, on-site and other conversion actions
  • ?Reporting: Assist the Digital Channels team in producing regular reports and presentations on website, social, and email performance – highlighting key findings, trends, and recommendations for improvement.
  • Data interpretation: Translate complex performance data into clear, concise, and actionable insights that can be understood by non-technical stakeholders.
  • Competitive analysis: Conduct competitive analysis to benchmark our digital channel performance against industry standards and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Data integrity: Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and reliability of performance data by implementing proper tagging, tracking, and data governance practices.
  • Understand and support goals/outcomes of cross-functional project stakeholders and Growth leadership.
  • Create and implement webinar assets to support customer engagement, clinical and sales operations.
  • Participate in development and implementation of marketing strategy and supports new marketing communication initiatives.
  • Maintain brand, UX and CX standards for marketing efforts across G.E.H.A and all subsidiary brands.
  • Stay up to date: Track industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
 
 
 
Education Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, business analytics, or a related field.
 
 
Experience Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in digital channel management, preferably in a digital marketing environment.
  • Proficient in Google Analytics, CMS management (SiteCore experience a plus), email marketing management (Salesforce Marketing Cloud a plus) and social media management.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to draw actionable insights from complex data sets.
  • Understanding of business objectives and the ability to link campaign analytics findings to strategic goals and initiatives.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and quality assurance.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with teams and work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • A passion for staying updated with the latest trends and advancements in website analytics and digital marketing.
 
 
Preferred Qualifications
  • Relevant certifications in web analytics (e.g., Google Analytics Individual Qualification).
  • Working knowledge of web testing methodologies, HTML, and SEO.
