Sr. Data Management Rep

Summary
The Senior Data Management Rep is responsible for overseeing the accurate and timely entry, maintenance, and verification of provider applications and data in accordance with regulatory and organizational requirements. This role ensures all required documentation is present, verifies provider credentials, and executes updates, changes, and terminations for provider and office records. The position is production-driven and demands a high level of attention to detail, data integrity, and compliance.
 
 
Duties

  • Enter and maintain provider application data with speed and accuracy.
  • Verify all required regulatory documents and credentials are received and compliant.
  • Ensure provider applications meet all organizational and state-specific requirements.
  • Make real-time updates for provider records, including additions, changes, and terminations.
  • Apply updates to office data as needed, ensuring location/provider alignment.
  • Monitor accuracy and completeness of all entries to meet production and compliance standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies or missing information.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of actions taken in relevant systems (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Support audits and regulatory reviews by ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
  • Contribute to ongoing improvements in data entry processes and system usage.
 
 
Education Requirements
Requires high school diploma or equivalent
 
 
Experience Requirements
  • Requires three years of data entry or similar clerical experience
  • Requires effective written and verbal communications skills to answer questions from staff and respond to inquiries
  • Requires alpha numeric entry of 8,000 KPH
  • Requires analytic ability to prepare departmental reports and ability to compare data and resolve discrepancies
  • Requires proficiency with Word and Excel
  • Must reside in the Kansas City Metro
