The first B2B Network of 2013 will be held on Thursday, January 10th, 5:30 to 7:30 pm at Chairman's Circle Member Ameristar Casino Hotel Kansas City. Ameristar Casino Hotel Kansas City is located at 3200 North Ameristar Drive in Kansas City, Missouri.
