Lever1 is currently seeking an experienced Portfolio Manager to join our client’s commercial real estate team. The Portfolio Manager will be responsible for administering the management of commercial real estate for our clients, provide excellent customer service, and maintain commercial real estate properties.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities
- Client relationship management
- Lease management
- Financial management / revenue collection and strategies
- Tenant relationships
- Monthly property inspections
Requirements
- College degree preferred
- A minimum of 2-5 years of directly relevant Commercial Real Estate Property Management experience
- A Kansas and Missouri Real Estate License is necessary within 60 days of position acceptance
- Experience in property, facilities, and repair or maintenance service operations management
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local laws pertaining to property management
- Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office
- Exhibit exemplary customer service skills, with external customers, vendors, visitors, co-workers, and management staff
