Description
Transgender Day of Visibility (TDOV) is an international event on March 31 dedicated to recognizing the resilience and accomplishments of the transgender community. The day celebrates Transgender and Gender Non-Binary (TGNB) individuals. It raises awareness about the transgender and gender non-binary community, their struggles, and what allies can do to eliminate the barriers this community faces.
Our Chamber will celebrate TDOV by holding Transformation in the Workplace.
The day consists of three separate but interrelated acts.
Training Classes
Attendees will learn how to better create an inclusive and equitable work environment for TGNB employees and co-workers.
(Registration will open in March for classes with detailed descriptions)

Panel on Allyship
The panel will consist of TGNB employees sharing their workplace experiences and recommendations for how the business community can further equity for the TGNB Community.
